What Microneedling Can Address
Utilising measured clinical techniques and Persebelle technology, this treatment is designed to help:
Refine Skin Texture: Soften the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and enlarged pores.
Manage Scarring: Improve the appearance of atrophic scarring and post-inflammatory marks.
Enhance Radiance: Brighten dull or tired skin through cellular turnover and deep hydration.
Firm & Tone: Assist in the tightening of mild skin laxity by strengthening the dermal matrix.
Accelerate Repair: When combined with Exosomes, the treatment further supports intensive cellular regeneration.
Address Hair Thinning: Support the scalp environment by stimulating the follicles and enhancing the delivery of growth-promoting serums to manage areas of balding or reduced hair density.
What is Microneedling at Skin & Laser Clinic Duleek?
At Skin & Laser Clinic Duleek, we offer advanced microneedling treatments integrated with premium Persebelle products to revitalise and refine the complexion. This clinical procedure, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive technique designed to trigger the skin’s natural repair mechanisms. By combining precision micro-channels with the sophisticated active ingredients found in the Persebelle range—and occasionally incorporating advanced Exosomes for enhanced cellular signaling—we provide a structured approach to improving skin density and texture for a more rejuvenated appearance.
How Microneedling Works
The procedure involves the use of a professional device to create thousands of microscopic, controlled injuries in the dermal layer of the skin. This mechanical stimulation activates the body’s wound-healing response, leading to the natural production of new collagen and elastin fibres. To enhance the clinical outcome, we utilise Persebelle meso-serums during the process. These products are delivered directly into the micro-channels, allowing for superior absorption of growth factors, hyaluronic acid, and vitamins. For patients seeking the most advanced regenerative results, microneedling can also be utilised to deliver Exosomes, which act as potent messengers to accelerate tissue repair and skin health further.

Does the treatment hurt?
A topical anaesthetic is typically applied before the procedure to ensure patient comfort. Most clients describe the sensation as a light vibration or a mild prickling feeling.
How many sessions are required?
While an improvement in skin luminosity is often seen after one session, a course of 3 to 6 treatments is usually recommended to achieve significant structural changes in collagen density.
What is the recovery like?
The skin may appear moderately red, similar to a mild sunburn, for 24 to 48 hours. We provide specific Persebelle aftercare advice to help soothe the skin and accelerate the healing process.
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Microneedling is a versatile treatment suitable for most skin types; however, a full clinical assessment is required to ensure there are no active contraindications, such as inflamed acne or eczema.
Aftercare Guidelines
Avoid touching the treated area for at least 4 hours to prevent infection.
Do not apply makeup for 24–48 hours post-treatment.
Use a high-factor, broad-spectrum SPF daily to protect the new skin cells.
Refrain from using active "home-care" ingredients (like Retinol or Vitamin C) for 5 days.
Keep the skin hydrated using the recommended Persebelle post-procedure moisturiser.
Practitioner & Safety Note
At Skin & Laser Clinic Duleek, all microneedling procedures are conducted following a face-to-face consultation. This ensures that the treatment and the specific Persebelle protocols used are appropriate for your individual skin concerns. As with any clinical procedure, results vary between individuals and carry potential risks, which will be discussed in detail during your initial appointment.
