Our Client Policies for Bookings

Change to our Booking & Cancellation Policy as at September 2026

A 25% booking deposit is required for all appointments at Duleek Skin & Beauty Clinic.

Booking deposits are non-refundable only transferable to another appointment. Your deposit is deducted from the cost of your next treatment.

If you need to change your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Your deposit will then be transferred to your rescheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will lose the 25% deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

NO-SHOWS: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price. Any outstanding balance must be paid before a further appointment can be made.

If the clinic has to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or refunded if a suitable alternative cannot be arranged.

By proceeding with your booking and paying the 25% deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

I understand that my 25% booking deposit is non-refundable, appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, and failure to attend my appointment without notice will result in the full treatment price becoming payable.
